2) We were told that we would have the itinerary description in 15 days, but it took quite more.
It was not bad at all, but there is room for improvement. Three things that can be improved are: 1) The communication over email in English. We had really nice hotels in good locations and a really detailed itinerary description with a lot of suggestions. Everything was taken care of and was well arranged. We loved Paulina and the captain of North Sailing! Kudos to them both! We also loved the great price for the trip and excursions. We will definitely recommend Guidetoiceland in the future to all our friends and hope to return to explore more of the beautiful country. Iceland is beautiful, amazing and magical and my husband and I feel this was the best vacation we ever had. We had our own books from Iceland and did some extra exploring not in the guide. A suggestion to improve our trip would have been to find more locations that didn’t need as much hiking we know that the guide is just suggestions but many of the east side consists of hiking and would have liked more local things to see. A couple of spots lead us to nothing no parking and no understanding of where to go but we loved the scenery. Our guide around Iceland was great the only thing that we would change there were a few times the itinerary was in the wrong order and we had to backtrack to where we just came from.

They were comfortable, easy to check in and was great they provided free breakfast. Our hotels and guesthouses were stunning. We arrived and the car was ready for us at enterprise it was a long wait but they were very nice. Our trip to Iceland was incredible we loved every minute of our trip.
